Dr. Charnetta Williams is a mother of two toddlers, an ObGyn, a Public Health Professional, and a new children’s book author. Her debut picture book entitled “Penelope and the Power of Positivity” was published last September. This book tells the story of a young girl from the Bronx with big dreams, threatened by her two best friends, named Fear and Self-Doubt. Children learn about facing problems Ty with a positive mindset, overcoming fears, and about the importance of the word “yet” after reading this story.
